APDerm Shop Return & Refund Policy
At APDerm, we are committed to providing high-quality dermatologist-approved products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Returns for a Refund: Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returns for Store Credit: Items returned between 31 to 60 days from the purchase date are eligible for store credit.
- Final Sale Items: Certain products may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
- APDerm reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [support email or phone number] within the applicable return window.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund & Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Store credit will be issued via an electronic gift card for future purchases.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
