APDerm Shop Return & Refund Policy

At APDerm, we are committed to providing high-quality dermatologist-approved products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns for a Refund: Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Returns for Store Credit: Items returned between 31 to 60 days from the purchase date are eligible for store credit.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain products may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • APDerm reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [support email or phone number] within the applicable return window.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  4. Securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund & Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Store credit will be issued via an electronic gift card for future purchases.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
